The best food is plain simple food & blue cheese brings the best out of red meat - my mother used to get mad at me when I scraped the fancy sauces off her meat dishes but I always went for the blue cheese & beef.

I know, but for the price I tried their value 12 pack. Too hoppy for me. Shoulda stuck with Coldsmoke or Mountain Man Scottish ale.

One of the best beef dishes we love are sirloin tips in a blue cheese sauce, Lordy that's good stuff.
