Anyone know who makes the Alaskan Guide Premium rifle scopes? They look a little like a Weaver. The regular Alaskan Guide scopes are supposed to be made by Pentax. Has anyone tried the Premium and how are they. Looking for a good repeatable scope. Thanks.

I have an Alaskan Guide 6.5 x 20 Mil Dot. Worked well on 222 and 270. Adjustments seemed ok.
Put it on a 338 Win, with a brake, and it came apart or loose inside. Was replaced, no problem.
I like the scopebut wouldn't buy another one, I just don't trust it w/high recoil.
