The ones from SKB are excellent:
SKB Sports Cases: Rifle and Shotgun Cases
they have at least 3 that are ATA approved.
The Roto ones are better than the injection molded ones if you have a preference and budget for them.

I'm sure there are better ones out there but my only experience is with Winchester Double Rifle Case, Gun Cases, Gun Storage, Shooting : Cabela's.
I traveled twice with it without any problems. The case sustained some dent but protected the scoped rifles well.

Pelican-Storm IM3300 Case With Foam BLACK from Pelican-Case.com
Took mine to Alaska a few years back with two guns, rifle and sxs shotgun. To make all my stuff fit, I took the foam out and placed each long gun in a soft gun case and packed other items around them. Worked like charm.
