I'm also getting good accuracy with the 190 VLD and IMR7828. 68 grains yields 2902 in my 24" Savage with no pressure signs. I'm running them at .010 jump - 2.299 CBTO. I'll start working up loads for the 210's when the big brown truck delivers them tomorrow.
You might try swapping out the mag primers for standard primers, my pressures run much lower giving me the ability to load a little more powder before seeing pressure signs.
