If you have it reloder 23 would be a viable option and I would use a mag primer

If it's routinely shooting 1 group that is separating into 2 distinct groups I would need the rifle and check screw torques assuming bedding and torque was good I would seat them a tad shorter like .05-.06 and see what it does.
