No, it applies to all bullets all cartridges all barrels.

Berger didn't invent seating testing.
They put out info on basic seating testing to help dispel all the lies about VLDs.
But those who have already been doing full seating testing, some of us for decades, know that it applies just the same for all situations.
And it never was about VLDs in particular.

The only way someone could suggest one thing or another about your seating range results, would be for that someone to do seating testing with YOUR local components.
So you should just do that.
