Accubond sells for over 3 each!

We have a gunshop in Alberta Canada. Noslers price have gone up 100 % this year! That's outrageous while Hornady has only risen 15%. I will support Hornady more and Nosler ONLY ON REQUEST...if and when they become available. A 50 CT box of 270 Accubonds have to retail in our shop for 90.00😡! How much space would you allocate to them? Hornady 100 CT...about 71.00. Thank you Hornady for remaining honest and setting the Bar for honest, hard working consumers!

You are far from alone brother. Like wats338 said Does Nosler make a good bullet? Yes. Do they make them twice as good as everybody else? No but heck no!

SPS just had a run of 140 7mm AB's for $35/box. I picked up a few. I used to peruse GB occasionally and jump on a good deal when I saw it, but I've been boycotting since the hoard-and-gouge craze began. The last straw for me was 28 Nosler e-tips listed at $9/round.

Some people are either desparate or have money to burn.
In 2014 I had a hunt to SA coming up. Father son, college graduation trip. If you remember, there was a shortage of anything firearms related then as well. I drove 150 miles one way to buy some 30 cal, 200 grain bullets to load for the trip. Ammo was, and usually is, the cheapest part of a "guided" or "paid" hunting excursion.
When supplies were available again, I stocked up on my hunting needs. Not the shooting, just the hunting.

Hunters and shooters seem to be afflicted with FOMO (fear of missing out) more than just about any group of enthusiasts I have encountered. Probably for good reason as the shortages have impacted us severely too many times. It is easy to justify paying way too much for components when scarcity is the reality. I was embarrassed when I paid $180 for a brick Fed 215 primers at a gun show last year. I was down to my last sleeve. However, if I saw them again, I probably would do it again.

I wouldn't mind being embarrassed buying some 215's if I could only find some.
