Absolute Hammer load data

Today's test: 26 Nosler w/123 Absolute Hammer & RL25.
Last experiment with the 26 Nosler and the 123 gr. AH I tried RL33. This proved to be too slow. Counting 10 up the burn-rate chart brought me to RL25. Nosler's data shows a 123 gr. BT maxing out at 78 gr. @ 3388 FPS, and 89% load density, so that's where I started.

26 Nosler, 26" (1-8" Christensen) 123 gr. AH & RL25. Fed 215M, .003 Neck Tension (no crimp).
Nosler brass (1x) COAL: 3.395"
78.0 gr. 3376 FPS
79.0 gr. 3381 FPS
80.0 gr. 3484 FPS
80.5 gr. 3501 FPS
81.0 gr. 3515 FPS (slight ejector mark)
81.5 gr. 3542 FPS (ejector mark/bolt lift)
Excellent accuracy at all load levels. Surpasses my existing load using 124 gr. Hammer Hunters by 160 FPS.

Your all over it and She's Cooking, Nice work

Update on the 162 AH in my 300 WSM.
Switched to W760. Stopped at 70.5 gr with no pressure signs but very close to case capacity with new Norma bras (2.920" COAL for my Sako magazine). Velocity was 3247 fps. Which is right where I ended last time with H380.
I'm going to see how much more I can get in a fireformed case with W760 and see if I hit pressure or not.

A friends Ruger#1 in a 300WM several years ago. We were doing 3400fps, but with a 165gr Nosler ballistice tip. I don't have the powders he used. (he as pass on) I chronographs the loads as I shot them. The were grouping withing 1/2" at 100yds. That was the max load. 3450 seem to be a little hard to believe ,but maybe possible with free-bore like WBY 300 Mag.

For whatever it is worth, StaBall 6.5 and H100V are next to each other in burn rates, but the H100V is less temp stable.
That was why I picked it up in the first place, I was getting odd results during my initial testing that I incorrectly attributed to StaBall so I got a few pounds of H100V to try. Turns out the odd results were due to a a near shot out barrel but it was a week before deer season so I was committed to H100v until I could revisit the StaBall loads.

Best of luck to you.

Do you guys think H4350 is fast enough for the 155AH in a 7mm Rem Mag? Trying to decide on the 155HH with H1000/RL26 or 155AH w/ H4350, if it's fast enough.

Check out the GTaylor's "Absolute Hammer" spreadsheet (accessible in post #2). Longtine88 tested several powders with the 7 mag, including H4350.
