Im leaning towards the Broughton barrel in a 28" Length without the muscle brake installed of course. I would hate to have to buy another high dollar rifle case just to transport this rifle around. But if I keep it in a 28" barrel I can continue to use my current case.
As for the grooves, im still unsure of that area too, but im leaning towards a 5C in 1:9 twist and 28" length as mentioned above, stainless material and a matching muscle brake. Alright got the Wyatt drop box magazine deal from Midway, so this barrel and the brake I want to use are the 2 products I still need to buy before sending it all off to the Smith.
