Actually....it increased fuel mileage by over 3 mpg. And a car is not round....not sure how it would be done on a bullet though, on the bearing surface or not.
Or just take a sledge hammer to it, boost that mpg!! ha ha.Cool, so all I have to do to increase the fuel mileage in my truck is let it sit outside during the next hail storm.
David Tubb is doing something similar with a groove around the nose of his bullets.
