Kirby what type of bipod do you have on your 510AM? I have the armalite AR-50A1 and don't know which bipod to go with. So far it shoots pretty good but still workin with the loads. Thanks and as allways the guns look great!

Wolffman,

Its the APA heavy duty bipod. You can order them directly from Armalite. For what it is its a very solid platform. Not the easiest to adjust but once you do its rock solid. I recommend bolting the bipod mount directly to the stock or it WILL eventually keep slipping under recoil. I mounted mine with 4 tapered head 1/4x28 tpi bolts and it has never been an issue since.

Super nice rifles hope to own one soon 7mm am or 338 am Tough choice. Guess I'll have to see how these new 195 bergers work out for the 7mm.

Kirby does excellent work. was really interested in that white .338edge he had for sale but was way to many dollars short. oh well love looking at the builds that show up on the forum. keep them coming still saving nickels and dimes.
