Yea, I'm curious as to what you end up with as well. I had no idea that it was such a pain to get a rifle there.

G'day guys,

Ended up pulling the trigger on a sako A7 in 30-06, couldn't go passed the shootability and accuracy of the sako.

Now to think of a projectile to go with! Tempted to just go with 180gn TTSX as I have in the past with a 300wm I used to own but not sure yet. Will be for animals up to sambar size. So like elk but built more solidly out to ranges of 600 yards but as close as 30yds.

Congratulations on the purchase. I have been fooling around with 168 gr TTSXs out of my 30/06. 55.8 gr of H4350 gives me 3/4 MOA. That's plenty good for me. Have fun with your new toy.
