Ask your question in the 7STW forum on this site. You'll gather more attention. I have one. Where brass isn't available you can turn to forming 8mm Rem mag and with some extra work, any of the full length belted mags (2.85" long) can be fire formed. As far as ammo on the shelf, I think that train has left the station except when Nosler deigns, rarely, to make brass or ammo in that cartridge. Might be able to get Quality Cartridge Co. to make a custom batch...
I like the idea of the 270 STW... .25 & 6.5 might risk bridging problems. Seems a .270 would be a nice compromise in ballistics, power and recoil. Hmm-mm?? New rifle project?All one would have to do is ne neck this one up.
