I shoot the 180's out of my 30 inch barrelled 7STW using RL-25. I started at about 73gr and worked up. These bullets really like to be seated into the lands.

I shoot the 168's out of a 28" barrel at 3340....Using H1000.

I shoot the 180's out of my 7 rm and I use 68.7 grains of retumbo. Like 6mm said they like to be seated in the lands.

When I had an STW, mine shot the best with 80g H1000 and the 180g VLD. It was good for 3000fps and .75-1" MOA. Not to great which is why I dont have the rifle anymore.

I don't know exactly what these RL-25 rounds are running for velocity. But, what I do know is that I was running 3120fps with Retumbo and I had to take few inches off my drop charts with these.
