7mm rem mag, 140 accubond load???

hi, im new here. I was just wondering if somebody has a good load they wouldn't mind sharing with me. I am currently using 72 grains of reloader 22 and 140 accubond at 3115fps but would like something a little faster:D.
any input would be great thanks
