7mm 180gr berger bullets

Looking for some load data on the 7-300wby with 180gr berger bullets. Also any positive or negative info on the 180gr bergers

I have shot a bunch of 180s in my 7/300s over the years. The 162 gr A-max (alum tips) and 168 gr MK works great too.

Played with some 180 gr Bergers coated with Danzac in my 7STW on the weekend. The throat for this chamber was cut very short. It was set up so that a 150 Scirroco would fit the magazine and be just into the lands.

I was shooting 76 grs H-1000 with a Federal 215M primer. Three shot groups measured in the mid .3s at 100 meters
