Two other potential powders that will work is RL-25 and RL-33
Nosler's load data page is biased towards their 28 Nosler. You can get some ideas on what the 7 RUM can use by looking the 28 Nosler's load data.
FYI not only does Nosler use a longer 26" barrel for their 28 Nosler and a 24" barrel for the 7 RUM, they also use several powders not listed for the 7 RUM. We KNOW they will work just as well maybe better, enough said.
FYI did you try to crunch any values on a heavier bullet with your twist? Unless you at lower elevations, a 1 in 9.25 will stabilize a Berger 180 VLD or Hybrid bullet. 2900 fps, 35 degrees @ 3500 ft is considered comfortable stability.
Try the calculator for your conditions and see. Bullet length is a factor so a shorter non VLD will stabilize more easily:
