You should measure your chamber end length and set trim -5 to -10thou under this.

Basically, you trim a neck short, seat this gage in the neck and chamber the round. The gage will hit chamber end and push back into the neck. Extract the round and measure your touching trim length. Subtract from that for desired clearance.
