7/300 why mag and 140's

Hi all. I have been getting comfortable with my newest rifle a 7mm-300 why mag. I have been shooting 162 and 175 eldxs thru it. Well I want to try shooting some 140 gr nbt ct's. My problem I don't know where to start as far as load charge. Can anyone point me In the right direction.

I run 140 in mine and have since 1992 they run real good I can helpYou can call me at 406-572-3385 if you'd like to get some load information I should be around all day today or all day tomorrow I work Monday through Thursdays
