7/300 PRC seating die

I'm sure a 300 PRC seating die would work but another thing you might look into is a Redding or Forster comp seater die in 7mm Remington mag. Years ago, I built a 7–300 WinMag and used a 7 Rem mag comp seater die and ran the chamber reamer in the sliding sleeve. The sleeve was long enough, and it worked perfectly. Below are pictures of that die with the sleeve, a 7MM-300 win mag round, 7 Remington mag, and 300 PRC. Looking at this die it looks to me like there's enough wall thickness on the sleeve that you could do the same thing with a 7-300 PRC reamer. I've done this on a couple of different wildcat chambering's.

You may not like it, but Frankford Arsenal has a Universal Micrometer seating die, I use it a lot on seating my bullets. I have anywhere from 0 runout to .003 runout. What I have found for causing my runout is if my neck have a little runout. I would think this would work for you and cheap enough to give it a try.
