Hello again, thanks to you all I nailed down my issue. Poor measuring on my part. Fired twice brass measures 3.815 with the comparator. Same measurement using a spent primer method. ( thanks dok7mm). I was actually bumping my shoulder to 3.810 which is the same as new brass. Two different lots of brass with the same measurement. I use Redding dies and just had it set wrong. Lesson learned for sure. I'm just glad it was only 20 brass. Thanks again and take care.
