6.5 PRC velocity question

Working on a load for a new rifle I had built. I've got 60.5 gr of H1000 pushing a 140 gr Berger Elite Bunter bullet. My avg velocity is 3114 FPS (LabRadar). The accuracy is about 1" and I'm not happy with it. Would you slow it down to tighten the group? I've tried several seating depths.
I'm using 60.0 grains of H1000 and Berger 156, it's a hunting gun so now that I have a dope chart to 1000 yards I only shoot it about 20 to 30 times a month. Will try it to a mile for fun.

I have loaded a lot of 6.5 PRCs and would recommend trying Retumbo or RL26 if you have some. The Retumbo won't reach the velocity of RL26 but has achieved the best accuracy for me. Just something to try. The only time I have found H-1000 preferred over Retumbo is with barrels less than 24". That being said my most accurate loads/nodes come in around 3000-3050 fps with the 6.5 PRC/140 class pills. Hope this helps but I understand powders are in short supply
57.0 gr h1000, 143 eldx, 3000fps out of my 24" CA is superbly accurate. H1000 is now tough to find. I went up to 60 grains, but nothing came close to as accurate as 57.0 . I tried Retumbo but never got the accuracy of the velocity. Retumbo around here has been impossible to find. I just had a bunch left from my 300 RUM hunts. I didn't get around to trying RL26, but I intend to after the hunting season.

I just fired 10 rounds I loaded yesterday.
6.5 PRC w/ 156 gr. Bergers and 64.0 gr. N570
COAL ref. 3.082" .010" off lands CBTO 2.400" 31" Bartlien 5R 1: 8.35 - 1: 7.35 gain twist. Average 3269 fps on Magnetospeed chassis mounted. 2 minute intervals. 50 degrees F, SD 7.4 fps, ES 21 fps. 7/8" moa. This is the first group I have fired in this barrel, anyone have any suggestions for improving my group? I shoot prone with bipod and rear bag. This is a Desert Tech SRS that I have been shooting in 338 Lapua for the last 5 years and have shot better groups than this. I am attaching a photo with data on it.

Think I got it dialed in guys. 54 grains of 4831SSC gave me 2993 ft./s, standard deviation of 3.8, and an extreme spread of 9. Group is about half MOA
