If you have access to a lathe you can make your own small base die. As mentioned by Alex Wheeler and the 6.5 PRC clicker issue thread, there is a limit to which the die can size down the brass. At some point the die could crack.
Putting that issue aside....I cut the top and bottom off a case hardened RCBS FL die with a carbide tool bit on my lathe. The opening at the bottom of the die required quite a bit of smoothing using stones and then a series of finer grit wet and dry sandpapers to ensure the die mouth would not mar the brass. The remaining piece when adjusted properly sized the base diameter for a 338 RCM and a 300 RUM which solved the clicker issue so far.
Not sure if it will work for 4x or more fired cases but for me that can be a few years from now. If the issue cannot be resolved at that time, I will unscrew my barrels and enlarge the rear portion of the chamber by sanding/polishing on the lathe.
