While I see what you're trying to say, usually those people actually do something to the house that makes it worth more, not just buy it and slap a for sale sign up for 2-3x the original cost
Lots of stores you buy things from don't add value to products. They just sell them. It's really no different.

It's very much the same thing. People trying to make money in a free market. Luckily you aren't forced to buy anything. People buy and sell game consoles, graphics cards, etc.
The world has changed. At least the educated countries. Used to be, 90% blue collar and 10% white collar. Now it's about 50-50. I understand your point but those days are long gone. I went from mechanic/welder/fitter(20 years) to sales/ management (still get my hands dirty a little) to present-another 20+ years. No college. But I try to live by the " Golden Rule"! "Do unto others as you would have do unto you". I too see nothing wrong with making a profit but a reasonable one. Gotta pay for that expensive education. If it's family, it's no profit. If it's friends, very little or no profit. Just the way I am.

You're absolutely right. It's capitalism doing its job. What you progressives seem to forget is that under the 1st Amendment we have the right to voice our opinions of your practices. If that doesn't help you sleep better at night, we'll like they say. Get over it.

So you don't believe in capitalism? You progressives? I guess you work for free!! I didn't get a stimulus check, did you? Geez!!

I agree. I wouldn't think about making profit off my family or close friends. In fact I often take losses for them and do it happily because it makes them happy. But outside of close friends, I don't think I'd feel bad making a buck.
