A 6.5 Mega will give you all you want,, in a pretty neat package. Prob 83 capacity @ 2.150" case length.
I'm running 3299 with great precision,with a 144 hybrid in the Max @ 76gr capacity. 2.06" case

Those 2 are made for the heaviest .264's

A 6.5/7 Blaser would be a good choice.
Put a Rogue or AI shoulder on it if you like.

Interesting, 2 folks mention the 6.5/7 Blaser and I've never even heard of it. Maybe I will look into that
