6.5 GAP 4S reloading

I just bought this rifle from a guy who was using RL 26 140 Berger. I was getting an avg 5 shot group 5SD and 10 shot groups around 7SD. Total 25 shots w avg of 10SD and avg velocity was around 3000fps. I would like to push the 140 out to 3150-3200 if I can get ahold of some good powders to do that.
I live in SE Wisconsin 10 min east of LK Geneva
ADG brass w federal 210 I believe

Honestly, if it shoots well with that ES/SD just shoot it. I can understand chasing chronographs. We've all been there. But if you're shooting .5 moa groups at 3000fps with the 140 the animals nor the target will know any different.

R26 is going to be hard to beat in the velocity department if you're at max. If not, try working up and see what your top end is. N570 might be faster, but it might not. It might also not be as accurate. I can promise you, it will have more carbon fouling.

If the barrel has 200+rds you're probably about topped out on MV. If not, it may speed up a bit.

Don't get your heart set on this load unless you have an 8# only to be used on this rifle. It has been discontinued.

A 26" 6.5SAUM/GAP 4S w. 140s should easily be 3100-3200fps.
H4831SC would be on thee lower end of that range.
I'm building a 6.5 GAP 4S Rifle .0800 free bore .2962 neck. It has a 24" Stainless Steel barrel with 1.8 twist. I going to use ADG Brass with Sierra 130 gr Tipped GameKing bullets and H4831 SC powder and Fed 215 Primers. Do you have any recommended starting loads.

I don't, sorry. Easy to start low and work up. Probably in the 55.0gr range, but again, this is a guess from similar cartridges.

He 130 TGKs are very accurate. You shouldn't have any issues getting them to shoot well.
