SOLD/EXPIRED 6.5 eldx 143g

Don't like the price don't comment. Move on
You are right, I shouldn't have said that. Just not for me. personally I cant stand Hornady for hunting. We (outfitter) took over 20 Elk in 2020. The hunters using Hornady either lost their Elk or had to shoot them over and over. Sorry, for the rood comment. These were magnums, not 6.5 PRC. I see them as amazing target bullets, nothing less, nothing more. Again, sorry if I offended anyone.

I have two boxes of Hornady .22 Cal 88gr ELD-M's. I would be willing to trade you. $150.00 each or both for $300.00. 👍👍👍

we all have miss quotes or put our foot in our mouth one time or another

Can't stay quiet any longer. There still seem to be a few members here who haven't gotten over the price shock of reloading items yet. They seem to think the sellers are making a profit. To be certain, there are probably some who fit into this category. However, the vast bulk of us are in a different category: We are selling at these newer prices because that is 1) either what we have in them; or 2) we are selling at these prices because we also have to buy at these newer prices for the items we need. For the most part, nobody's making a profit here.

Notice the OP offered to trade straight across for some Berger 180 gr. Hybrid bullets? I used to buy those Bergers at $40-$45 per box. Now you can't touch them for less than $75-$80. It almost sounds like some of you are suggesting he sell at yesterday's prices, take a hit and than pay current prices for the bullets he needs. If you want the bullets, but not at his price, then go find some cheap Berger 180's and trade him straight across. It's a simple process - only problem: cheap Berger 180's are like ELD-X 143's: they don't exist.

BTW: If it was all about profit, he would be selling these on gunbroker where they go for $80 to $100 per box plus shipping.

OK. Rant is over. Free bump.
