6.5 Creedmoor Deer Slayer Rounds

Gday going back to the op original post & wanting to shoot pills in the 120 to 130 class
The pills that I tested were
120 etip
120ttsx
123 eldm
123apex afterburner
124hh
125hht
125partion
125 copper rose x2 types
130 tgk

Now ea of these pills ( plus more) was involved in a cull I did back in September over about 3weeks for which the property was to be devoid of any bovine ( mustering was done on what could be got first then I went in with help of drone & another couple people for which this data wouldn't have been possible without them) & not everything was autopsied but a fair number were which I honed in on low velocity impact ( done some high to find lines of workability's & other calibers) now to be totally upfront the 6.5 pills were loaded down to 6.5 grendel levels out of my Beanmore which has a 7 twist

I got information on most of these pills where they were meant to work down to with 10 critters sought to be the base of the 6.5 test that consisted on in the ribs & more importantly no shoulder meat & when lucky between rib impacts
Yes the least resistance a pill may encounter & it showed as shoulder meat helped initiate expansion when that occurred

Now not all pills I got the 10 samples but I did fairly well on gaining most

So now to the tests above I found no pill worked as advertised off measurement's of wounds & I found a couple pills that gave insights into wound sizes to expansion of the pills but man a couple were within 5 to 10 fps but my spread of velocities from shot to shot put those working if I took the velocity range the rounds shot over

So take that for what it was & best I could do sorry

The best pill for low velocity sub 1900 impacts in the op weight class was the 123apex afterburner
Every other pill except it failed to work as advertised around 1800 & around 1700 was a joke ( actuals I have put in a spreadsheet by a good mate as I'm not smart enough for that )

I'll get photos together to show more details but for now I've gotta run & milk cows sorry

Side note the ceb raptor is a interesting one to watch but not in op weight so I left it out
Cheers
