You will get the most benefit out of it using the slower powders for heavy for caliber bullets. Running 50-85's isn't likely to yield much but running 95-110gr and you probably will. The slower powders seem to do their best with heavy for caliber bullets.Well, I'm going to ask another question, which is semi-related. Consider the .243 Win, which is bar far the most economical 6mm to reload for (this is not taking barrel life into consideration), is the approach of slower-burning powder and lower pressure likely to improve the barrel life?
