12/31/24 expiration. To use the cert gives a contact at Swarovski to call or email with the product you want to purchase and once the invoice is paid they send you the product.

Free bump here, I've used these in the past, easy as can be. Email the contact from the cert., they send a price listing and order form, you complete and email back. Once product is ready to ship, they email you with information to make payment. Unless things have changed, no tax and shipping included, I suppose tax could depend on your state. Will note that pricing varies slightly from swaro/kahles website and might vary a bit more with their 75th anniversary sale going on right now, but even with the cost of the cert, you are hard pressed to buy used items cheaper.
