.410 Encore barrel source?

I am searching for the same thing for my Encore. I just learned the news that TC is officially gone and with it the Encore line. I should have built up an inventory when I could. I've had my Encore since the early 90's.
Now my grandsons are coming and I thought this barrel would be the best way to go to train them also. I'll create and send the email right away, too.

Would this barrel work for shooting birdshot or just close up snake killer or slugs with an optic?

I e-mailed Match Grade machining with the following request:

I was wondering if MGM is considering making .410 shotgun barrels suitable for firing a 2-1/2" & 3" shot shell in an TC Encore frame? On the website "Long Range Hunting" several people have expressed interest purchasing such a barrel as a trainer for young shooters.

And here is Andy's response I received on 11/2/23:

Yes, we can build this barrel but are not able to put a vent rib on it. We can put fiber optic sights or a front bead. We do have either a full or modified choke. This would have to be ordered over the phone since we do not offer them on our website. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I think that SSK barrel in the link above only fits the "SSK 50" contender p frame they sell….not the encore

It is a shotshell barrel (not rifled) that is designed for using a dot or holographic sight.
