I found several cartridges such as .270WSM and .280 Remington that had starting and max charges. Several folks have asked what burn rate is, etc.

Edit to note I don't see a fastest to slowest from top to bottom like my Sierra manual.

4000 MR is between RL-19, RL-22 a little closer to RL-22. Alliant has some data on their website.
