Keep an eye on Target Sports USA for factory Hornady or Winchester 200gr soft point ammo.

You can buy it by the case, cheaper that way.

I may have a few pieces of brass I could send you. PM me a mailing address and I will send you what I have.

I'm not sure which rifle you bought, but be careful with the hornady 200 grain soft points in a bolt gun. I couldn't get mine to feed in my Howa 1500.

No issues with 2 different Ruger Grice specials, Wilson Combat AR and 2 custom built bolt guns.

Did you check the chamber on the Howa or send it back?

Brass can be made from 308/7.62x51 brass( x51 brass will come up a little bit shorter over all), this is what I do and have no issue running them in my 358 AR10

Bullets, honestly gunbroker is your best bet or a Hammer bullet. Even my LGS that keeps good stock of most stuff only has 250gr hornady stuff.

Dies, I use Lee dies, though I had to sand down the mandrel as mine was "over sizing the necks and I could push and pull the projectile in and out of the case by hand.

Don't overlook .357 pistol bullets for some fun plinking ammo or thin skinned game. Explosive results.

I also used 308 Brass when I had one.
