358-300 win mag

Anyone ever messed with one? Just picked one up built on a Interarms Mark X action, unknown brand 26" medium sporter. Trying to find some load data, figuring on starting at .358 norma and working up just a bit. Came with some loaded ammo, 79.5 gr IMR 4350 under a 250gr Hornady RN, load seems alittle hot, cases dont extract well and are shiny in places. Hoping to work something up to run out to 500 for deer and bear, maybe something bigger eventually. Looking at a 225gr Nosler Accubond, as I never had the best of luck with 250gr in .35 cal on deer, just seemed to be too much bullet.
If anyone has any info or insight to pass along, please do.
