They really do have a talent don't they?..great cartridge, more than capable of handling any you'd care to drill with it.. a short mag 45 years early, like everything else sabotaged by BigGreen the inventer..

Yepper, seems like everything they design has potential but then the manage to ruin it...go figure..They really do have a talent don't they?
I've had this conversation before, maybe even with you! . But I think some of their best work regarding cartridge development has been in legitimizing wildcat cartridges as factory loadings like the .25-06, .22-250, and 7mm STW - along with getting American hunters - and Canadian hunters with them kind of by default - to love and trust the 7mm bore diameter, no small task when the .30-06 and .270 win were so well established already. The 7x57 of course was around long before either of those butā¦ON THE WRONG SIDE!Yepper, seems like everything they design has potential but then the manage to ruin it...go figure..
