.338 Xtreme tactical

Has anyone else seen this i seen it in Special Weapons mag. It looks interseting it is a .505 gibbs necked down to.338 . Ballisticly it looks close to allen mag.gun)

No its much closer to the 338 Sniper Tac them my 338 AM. In fact, from talking with Bob, its designer, the two may be interchangable. If they are not, the difference is very minute.

My 338 AM has the shoulder moved farther forward with a steeper shoulder angle for more case capacity.

The 338 Sniper Tac, 338 Big Baer and 338 Xtreme are all extremely similar, basically 338-408 CTs improved with a 35 degree shoulder angle.
