I load the 166 hammers in my 308 under Varget. I used to do the light fast monos but now always run the heaviest I can twist up, there is no down side to weight especially on heavier game, to many wrecks with light for cal Monos.
I have not tested it. But unless you are shooting long range or working up hot loads in the cold it should not make enough diff to matter.
Ha! It is not often that we request for lighter bullets. Usually it is someone who wants 150g .257 cal bullets that will run in the standard 10" twist! Kidding. I'm sure we could see if we can get something in the 120g range for the 30 cal.I feel like there should be something to bridge the gap between the 101 and 130

If you could make that for my 257 Weatherby it would be great!Ha! It is not often that we request for lighter bullets. Usually it is someone who wants 150g .257 cal bullets that will run in the standard 10" twist!

The fact that we'd have to rebarrel in 1:7 might be one of the hold ups...Yep I'd buy a whole bunch.
So what's the hold up?
