.300WSM reloading issues

I have a couple questions I need some help with. I am reloading for my Tikka T3 Lite .300WSM with 62g of H4350 (right at max load) in a win casing, and using 185g bergers. When I reload the unfired casings, I have no problem, but when I go to reload a once fired casing I can push the bullet in with little to no resistance. Do I need to use a crimping die or reduce my load? I am somewhat new to reloading and do not know the best and safest way to fix this issue. I really appreciate any help or insight. Thanks.

Can you give a little more information on what resizing die you are using?

Are you even sizing your cases? Full length resize die or at least a neck die?
