I have a .30-378 Accumark and love it, it is a heavy pig but accurate as hell. I have hunted with a .300 Wby Accumark as well, also a great elk gun. Just ordered a Back Country in .257 Wby as well, just couldn't justify the cost of a MkV action for that round.
Either way there are lots of good suggestions here, any of the Wby rounds you mentioned are great for elk and the range you want easily.
I do not find either of the .30 Wby's uncomfortable to shoot FYI.....YMMV
