300 wby & 190 accubonds

Where did you get that freebore number from?
Freebore on a modern reamer is .376" from Weatherby. This is todays generic freebore length.
Before being put into CIP spec, freebore ran .500" (300, 340, 375) .750" ( 378 ) 1.00" 460. The 416 ran .376 and .750 for a short time.
There were .376 for the 3 short mags, 257, 270 & 7mm. 240 doesn't have freebore.

Cheers.
Gunsmith did it per my request, he's done lots of them

All I'm wanting are some real world experience and loads, thank you
What powder are you working with? Using load data from Nosler#9 manual for 300 WeatherbyMag-190gr Accubond ya could try IMR 4350 71gr= 2,963FPS or 75gr=3,083 FPS.

I got them from Weatherby site about 10 years ago. For the short mag. I have .378.
The 340 & 375 I have .373. But the 300 & 30-378 is .361. And the 240 I have .169.
I hope this helps.
