300 PRC feeding issue

I had a Remington 700 BDL 300 win mag that I had made into 300 PRC, at that time the shells feed fine. Then started having issues with the bolt so I replaced it with a DEFIANCE an Ti X Action, Been on the bench with it for about 5 weeks shooting one shell at a time, then last week I decided to load it up and found out that it's very hard to get the first shell in magazine wants to jump out, but once in the second one goes in ok. But now when I run the bolt forward the shell jumps out of the action and the first shell in feeds fine. I moved the spring forward and backwards an that was it. What else can be done ?

Can you bend the feed lips slightly?
