300 Norma, is 8 twist too fast??

I have a 27" 8 twist barrel chambered in 300 Norma mag being made, and it's probably too late to make any changes..
I saw a few articles out there suggesting that an 8 twist 30 cal barrel can cause bullet damage from overly fast rotation.
I'm planning on shooting 225 Eldm's, and maybe 245 Bergers in the future.
I'm I going to have issues with an 8 twist??

Nah, as long as you stick with the heavies, you are good. The 230 SMKs should peak your interest too with a G1 BC of .800. They call for a 1:8" twist.
