30 Sherman Twist Rate

I'm looking at building a 30 Sherman Mag over the winter and need advice on what twist barrel to go with. I would like to run the 245 Bergers but also not be stuck with those if for some reason they don't work out. The 210-215 class would be my second choice. This will be a Proof barrel either a 28" 9 twist or a 26" 8 twist. I have ran the numbers on Bergers stability calculator but would like real some world experience.

9 twist is fine
