It could also be that the reamer wasn't ground to the print. I have some whidden custom dies. Made a 20 cal wildcat on the 223 case. I specified too tight of a base on the reamer when I made it. The whidden dies take care of that and I've never had an issue.

Thanks for all the idea! I am sure it's die/chamber issues. my load is 101grains of rl33 and run up to 104 with no bolt lift problems. sounds like I will get a reamer print and fired cases and send them off. will once fired brass work plus the reamer drawing?
 
All they need is the brass. A reamer drawing only works if the chamber is cut perfectly to it and I still prefer to send fired brass.
