The best brake that does not give a concussion or headache is a 3 port Muscle Brake. Spots shots (actually feels like a 22-250) and I am pushing 195 at 3120 and have been up to 3200. Ryan's brakes are also very affordable. Zero complaints.

I've said this before and I'll say it again; concussion? What the heck are folks using that creates concussion? BTW spotting shots at 400 yds is expected, it ain't an endorsement (and I say this respectfully). For the record you'll fill a drawer with brakes before you find the one you like. I've settled on MBM. That's not to say others don't work very well.
