Lots of possibilities for wildcats here. I was thinking running 120-130 grain hammers or 116 absolutes at high velocity. Being a varmint/ crossover light and handy deer rifle with the right components wouldn't be so darn heavy. I'm 79 can't carry as much as I once could! You Could also have the option to use regular premium heavier bullets as well. I never settled on a particular case! I found a Sako 85 I wanted its at the Smith's now having a 300 win mag barrel replaced so extra money is needed for that and the 25/06 I'm having him build also.
