The lot of WC872 I have must be a little on the fast side! I hit max load around 103gr with the 135MK going 3800fps. With the AA8700 I must have run into a slower lot because I reach 3820fps with 106gr with the same bullet, but I'm going to push it a little farther until I hit max. I like to know how close I am to dancing with the devil. Don't want any surprises on a hot day.
Anbody know round about the release date for this new US869 powder. Couldn't find any info on the hodgdon website.
