.270 WSM Weatherby Vanguard or Browning A-Bolt II?

I don't think you can go wrong with the a bolt. I love mine in 270 win. It was my first rifle 15 years ago and still my most trusted rifle in the safe. I had a Vanguard S2 300 win mag and I did like it but the 2 stage trigger was a little to weird for me and I wanted a sendero so I sold it.

Wish I had some land with long shots like that. Nice looking .243, too.

You will enjoy the 7mmRM. The 168 VLD's will help keep wind drift down, and still retain some good velocities with a healthy dose of 7828 SSC, 7977, or H1000.
