270 Win & 150gr bullets?

For those who use 150gr pills in their 270 Winchester...just curious what recipes you use. Of course, standard "reduce and work up" will apply, just looking for some references.

I have H4831SC, RL-17, H380, Varget and W760 powders, and the rifle is a Savage 110 with 22" 10 twist barrel and the bullet is 150gr GameKing.

Start at about 54 grs H4831/SC and work up until you find the accuracy you can live with.

Nosler 140s and Nosler 150s have the same be. Thus the 140 going faster than the 150 would be a better choice for stretching things a bit.

Your barrel is a bit short for pushing thing but I'd consider giving RL-22 a go. Should have little problem getting the 140 up to 3000 MV. Maybe.......
