I just got my 27 Nosler back from smith
would anyone have a starting point for N570 and 170 grain bergers?
I just necked down 30 Nosler brass.
I also have retumbo

no you can not use 30 Nosler brass. it's to short and you are going to screw up bad if you do.
better look at things and do some research before you just go doing things.

I agree. I wouldn't think the 27 Nosler would be based off the 30 Nosler case. The 26 Nosler and 28 Nosler are the same case. Just depends on what neck your reamer has.

Have you had any luck working up a load? I'm about to start playing with my 27 nosler. I have a 1:8 twist and am looking at running the 170 Berger. Any suggestions?

I have a metric $h!t ton of 170gr EOL that my 8 twist 270wby just would NOT shoot! As soon as an action is freed up I will have a 27 Nosler barrel built.
Anyone know who has reamers?

Looks like sizing down 30 Nosler is way better than using 28 or 26 Nosler.

I have just switched over to 170's in my 27 nosler,I had no luck with n570,n560 or h-1000.
Retumbo looked promising but RL33 worked the best for me.
I used 26 nosler brass and Bertram 28 nosler brass for all load testing and found no discernible difference in either type of brass.

Not surprised Reloder33 worked. It has been good in my 26 Nosler and awesome in my 28 Nolser.

What case are you using for forming brass?
